We sew stuffed animals and are hoping to make a fursuit for my adult son. We have no idea where to start, so here we are.

Hello. I am new to just about everything fursuits. I don't go to conventions or have friends that suit but something is drawing me in. So, that being said, I have watched lots of youtube videos and read all the how-dos and learned that I suck at making a suit. I guess I need to buy one.
Here is the catch, I can't do the duct tape dummy thing, I have a fear of being constricted and get panicked just thinking about it.

Find a friend who is the same size as you. Get a "paint suit" with is a painters cover and rap the in duct tape.
Does $550 for partial and $950 for full count as cheap? It's the cheapest I can offer for.
